Subject to the rules stated as below you will be eligible to receive the game code of Outriders.
VII. Rules:
1. The purchase of a brand-new product from a local eligible retailer is required. International shipping is not included in this promotion. The promotion is only valid via purchase through local eligible reseller
2. Each customer is only eligible for one code per product line.
3. This promotion is valid on new purchases from retailers of GIGABYTE AORUS gaming monitor and gaming motherboard made during the promotional period or while supplies last.
4. You must register to become a member of our GIGABYTE AORUS Membership. For full details, please refer to Terms of Use at https://member.aorus.com/global/login.
5. GIGABYTE will use product Serial Number, check number, EAN Code, and invoice as main criteria to decide whether the promotion is valid or not. If product serial number is not from local eligible reseller, the submission will be invalid.
6. In order to make a valid redemption, customers must fill out the request form and upload a clear picture of the purchase invoice with the invoice date that qualifies for this promotion campaign period. Pick-up date is not involved when redeeming the game code.
7. The picture of purchase invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, invoice number and purchase date. If the picture of the purchase invoice is not clear enough, GIGABYTE may reject the customer's redemption at its sole discretion.
8. After completing the registration procedure and once confirmation of successful registration from GIGABYTE has been received, you will acquire the right to receive the appropriate game code. GIGABYTE will send the game code to you via e-mail within 10 working days from GIGABYTE's official validation of the claim.
9. Completed registrations need to be accepted by GIGABYTE by 11:59pm PST October 31, 2021. Any registrations that are made after this date will not be accepted and are not considered valid.
10. The number of game codes allocated for this promotion is limited to one per person. You cannot register multiple boards using the same name, email address or address. Any buyers who exceed this limit with their registration will be informed immediately by email.
11. Customers will not be able to claim game codes on purchases that have been cancelled or items you have returned. GIGABYTE reserves the right to claim back or charge any parties the cost of the game code if the associated motherboard is returned and or refunded. a. GIGABYTE considers the date of dispatch to count as day one of the purchase date and registration period. Once the claim has been received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to the relevant parties by e-mail within 10 working days from the registration. b. If an incomplete claim or invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent to the relevant parties with the opportunity to provide the required information within 10 working days of the notification email. If no reply is received within the 10-working day period, the claim and registration will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible or false claims.
12. This offer applies to the end user customer only. No purchases on behalf of any business will be accepted. GIGABYTE employees, employees from GIGABYTE affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
13. GIGABYTE reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
14. GIGABYTE is authorized to exclude the customer from the participation in this promotion without notice under the following conditions:
- In any case of manipulation in relation to the registration
- In case of multiple applications of a serial number
- When the deadline for submission of the data has been exceeded.
15. The monetary value of game code is not redeemable for cash. A reissuance in case of loss is not possible.
16. The game code you would receive can be activated only on your personal game account. GIGABYTE is not affiliated with PCF Group S.A and Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd, and is not responsible for any technical/access issues you may have on your account. If there is a problem with the key, please contact Square Enix customer service.

18. In submitting the registration data, the customer has declared that all requirements for eligibility to participate are fulfilled. At the same time, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
19. GIGABYTE can stop the promotion without further notice if the execution of this promotion is not redeemed possible or involves unreasonable circumstances due to objective reasons.
20. Each customer must ensure the accuracy of the provided data. The personal information provided by the participants during the registration will be stored and used solely by GIGABYTE just to process this promotion.
