VS AI Street Fighting Arcade is an interactive 1v1 arcade experience by GIGABYTE, where players use AI-powered tools to create unique artwork through text-to-image prompts in real time, competing against each other to win prizes.

Not only will you get to explore the exciting potential of AI, but after each experience, you’ll have the chance to instantly win a random prize! Prizes include everything from backpacks, paper notebooks, hats, lanyards, phone charging cables, pouches, and even Canada Computers gift cards.

  • We will host daily experience where you can enjoy VS AI Arcade and practice for Tournament. 
  • Experience is open daily at 2PM ~ 8PM in the Canada Computers store. 
  • All participants can instant win a random prize after experiencing the VS AI Arcade. 
• GIGABYTE Brand Day: 
  • We will host 3 Brand Days at Canada Computers (Markham location) for special Tournament and giveaway. 
  • October Brand Day is on 10/5/2024.

      • Brand Day participants are encouraged to experience and try VS AI Arcade. 
    • 11AM | Special Prize Giveaway 
      • Special prize giveaway is available for the first 150 attendees who completed the survey onsite. 
      • Prize is on a first come first serve basis. 
    • 12PM~1PM | VS AI Arcade Tournament Check-in 
      • Attendees with email invitation or Eventbrite ticket will have a priority in the first hour. 
      • All other attendees will start registration at 12:30PM. 
      • All tournament participants will receive a special edition VS AI Jersey.

A: Yes, the event is free for all, but you can reserve a spot via Eventbrite to guarantee your participation daily in the store (front in line). 

Q: How do I participate in the arcade challenge?

A: Simply show up at the event, and you’ll be guided on how to enter the VS AI Arcade battle. You'll compete by generating AI art based on prompts using a special arcade machine. After you're completed with the experience, you will be entered in the Instant Win Giveaway to bring home a prize. 

Q: Do I need any prior experience with AI or gaming to participate?

A: No experience is needed! The arcade is designed to be fun and easy to use for everyone, whether you’re familiar with AI or not.

Q: Are there prizes for winning the arcade battles?

A: Yes! You can win prizes such as swag and Canada Computers gift cards based on your performance in the AI battles. Q: What AI tools are being used in the arcade? 

A: The arcade uses Midjourney for text-to-image AI generation during the competition. 

Q: Do I need to bring anything to the event?

A: No need to bring anything special. All equipment for the arcade battle will be provided on-site.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: The event runs from 2:00PM to 8PM daily, from 10/1/24 to 12/31/24. We recommend arriving early to ensure your spot in the arcade battles.

Q: Is there an age limit for participation?

A: This event is open to all ages, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Can I bring friends or family?

A: Absolutely! The more, the merrier. Spectators are welcome to watch and cheer participants on. Plus, each of the participants will bring home a prize! 

Q: How long does each arcade session last?

A: Each 1v1 battle lasts about 5 minutes, depending on how quickly players submit their prompts.

Q: Will there be other activities at the event?

A: In addition to the VS AI Arcade, you can participant in the GIGABYTE Brand Day on 10/5/24, 11/9/24, and 12/7/24 to enter in the tournament for a chance to win $5,000 shopping spree in this holiday season!

• No purchase necessary. Participation in the VS AI Street Fighting Arcade experience and Instant Win giveaway is open to all attendees.
